Here my little test for Sennheiser 333D. First of all: I'm not Soundfetischist, but if it sounds stupid, I know it well. My 'problem' was that I play more and more multiplayer with friends. Since this is also connected with TeamSpeak, I had to crawl under the table every time to the speakers (Single Player) and headset (Multiplayer) switch back and forth. The tests with Y-Adapten were unfortunately a handle in the toilet. So I had a choice: continue as before, new soundcard with front panel connector or a USB headset. Option one was not an option. A new sound card would indeed have been more favorable, but I have already an X-Fi in it and my old headset (Speedlink 8740) has already several years on the hump. Things like mute switch per one looks there in vain. So it should be a new headset. Notionally goal was to use the USB port on the front panel: USB cable pure = Multiplayer / headset; USB cable out = Single Player / Speaker System 5.1. This is fully managed. Works fine for simple and unique setting. Sound: The sound of the sound card is fully in order. Very large differences to X-Fi Xtreme Music I could not tell. For the advertised 'places the opponents' one must, however, already a little imagination bring. Yes, there is something, but not as the spatial speaker 5.1 system. Otherwise the sound of the headphones depends impressive and crystal clear. The bass could be a bit more powerful for my taste. But is probably only a matter of attitude. The micro: No TeamSpeak Member has complained. More I can not say. The wearing comfort: The first time you touched down I felt like a construction worker Noiseblocker aufzusetzten. The headset has a slight pressure and surrounds the ear completely. Suddenly there was silence around me. Noise: what is it? The volume control is done by a wheel on the headphones themselves: There really has a time thinking! Super practical! The function I do not want to miss already. The pressure was admittedly only a little uncomfortable, but already after 5 minutes I had get used to it and thus no longer spührbar. The 'hot ears were' there. Since I've already thought 'Oh great'. But also strangely disappeared rather quickly. Processing: nothing to complain about. Nothing wobbles or looks cheap. The accompanying Storage leather bag I need not personally - is EUR 5.00 less cost would be me have preferred. Ultimately, I do not know if I like quality also from a more favorable supplier would get. Because I had the significantly more favorable Creative Fatal1ty 1000 in his sights. There seemed, however, to give drivers difficulties and the risk myself before and after zuärgern I did not want to go. I sat here just look at the power of the brand Sennheiser and am in no point been disappointed. Other headsets have not promised me, because, even if it is nonsense, it should also my taste also look cool. Despite the fumble for the right headset, I finally landed repeatedly at 333D. For me it is an investment for years, and thus the price / performance ratio is for me, albeit priced painful, alright. Thus I can Sennheiser 333D anyone who is ready to plunder his wallet, his heart lay.
