Sent back, practically unusable! Zero stars!

I'm not a very demanding person and as a call anyway nowhere near the audible sound spectrum maps I thought after my headset supplied only runs in one ear, just do not you buy the same again.
The reviews I've read and thought: Yes, these are probably the ones which the difference between a 80 and a 81 headphones headphones is of existential importance.
In the first test I did not understand anything, then (at full phone volume) a croak and atmospheric silence superimposed voices in the distance. My own voice was loud statements of the interlocutors in just such a quality. Who grew up with tapes or wax cylinders, which is here perhaps nostalgic experience highs, but soon realize that this product is made mainly of reproducing sounds, but not from discussions.
So fast again change to single-sided original part and the sound was like an ear-gasm. As a deaf man to listen again, I had every hawking, each smacking my opposite a joy.
I am surprised how this product should ever bear the name Samsung.
I have sent it as a low-grade back. If I buy a balloon that does not hold the air, then use to me the argument "Yes-at-the-price ..." nothing. Defect, can not be used, ready made.
