I have bought this card to use my EEPROM programmer also on my new PC can. Unfortunately, it can not drive the programmer under Windows 7 and XP mode. That's why I had the card return again.
Otherwise, the card is processed cleanly and with 2 RS-232 ports has sufficient expandability. Possibly it is perfect for less exotic applications, but in my application it has unfortunately failed.
