Series Top - flop German Availability

Wanted to like some other track here also the first time every week the show over par. But unfortunately it does not get Amazon here towards the episodes to make a timely manner. While other vendors offer the download within 24 hours, has been broadcast last week is still not available, the 4th episode. Is it the subtitles? I find it a shame that this does not work as it could.
Will give me another week, otherwise I will, willy-nilly change to another provider.
