I have looked for 3 months the head which fractured Top 23 "I finally DETERMINED me.
This time it should be a Semi Pro model, up to 400, even though I am not a professional user.

My deliberate candidate:
ASUS PA238Q (IPS LED), NEC EX231Wp (-VA LED), EIZO FS2332 (IPS LED), EIZO EV2333 (VA CCFL ...)
LG IPS231 IPS235 and DELL U2312 resigned due unanimous tests on only mediocre contrast.
(Even though this model many may like.) The LGs have in the store at a slightly oblique viewing already
had those ugly purplish. Instant No Go.
I then "bought" all model (too expensive except for FS2332 since) to judge the truth with their own eyes.
To hand always the calibrated values above mentioned test magazines.
The NEC had color visible weaknesses compared. (Statement minderw. Color space of PRAD agreed)
Black level was very very good. + Most beautiful design, very very narrow and simplistic.
But finally the Oberhammer:
The EIZO 2333 (VA Panel) is left on the table and the ASUS PA238Q (10bit IPS panel) right.
Anticipation, Color-could the ASUS keep up well with the EIZO. (Picture 3)
I have a good DSLR and could hold photographically tidy.
THIS IS NOT A BLUFF but reality.
The Eizo 2333 is in the black value happens to a reference! (That is an extreme Cf)
Figure 4 is controlled at 0% brightness at ASUS!

Figure 1 is virtually completely overexposed, one sees light up the Eizo. In normal lighting looks like off (!).

The EIZO EV2333 has blown away everyone and everything monitor. Terrific contrast in brightness somewhat redeemed
over 4000 (!) 1 (see Tests) Unique, real distinct colors. White is white. The image has almost a 3D impression.
.... I thought through all the advertising, there must now be an IPS with LED ... A VA with old phosphor lighting, it has become !!!
(Oh overall depth, the EIZO 2333 is thinner than many LED Backlit Monitor)
