Today I have part of my sporting activities the "125kg" (?) Extensively tested expander. 125kg? Saturday is my last training session of six training days a week, every Monday starting. Since you already agonizes Saturdays through the training program with a total of sixteen exercises two or three sentences. Of this total, eight exercises, each with twelve to fifteen repetitions, depending on exercise difficulty on the Expander! Overnight I must become a Titan! It was possible for me to pull apart all five strands across his chest !!! I have a second expander with 100 kg of traction and because I manage with great effort four strands and only once! There's probably wishful thinking. On a positive note, that the strokes are pleasantly wide, the procedure of the latch-and removing the strands was well resolved and takes very little time to complete. With good will I'm going for possibly 80 - 100 kg traction. I am curious if the above is with my training schedule one year.
