A few years ago I had already ordered me such a vent mount, unfortunately they did not then fit into my Ford Fiesta (2003), as he had no horizontal standard-fins on the ventilation.

With my new car a Renault Clio (2012) I have now ventured again, short and sweet: it works!

The installation took 2 minutes and is very simple. The holder sits on a ball joint, so you can adjust it later. The most practical is the universal smartphone holder. Since my Iphone with Bumper / bag fits in and seated.

1 star deduction because the holder is not quite "universal". The ventilation grille of a vehicle you should look closely at before buying.
