I would not get the whole package for 12 EUR, I would let the whole thing go back again. The first battery lasted only one day (without using your mobile phone - just stand with turned-Fi) and my hope that it was just an outlier not confirmed. The second battery is scrap. I'll stay with my Samsung batteries - one of them as a "replica" but keep at least longer through. The charger, however, is a bit fiddly but universally applicable by the variable contacts for many of my other batteries. Therefore, ok for a universal charger (3.7 / 3.8 V batteries) for me 12 EUR. Who pays more or the batteries would also be used, should look elsewhere.
Update 08/01/2014 Without interaction on my part to me the dealer has now send a new set. Here, the battery will work again as expected. So: Service TOP. Product now again totally OK 1 star -> 4 Stars
