The unit I have now bought the second time. The first unit I bought for my mother. The is very satisfied with it. As our old microwave has given up the ghost, I have bought the same short hand again. Ordering, delivery went smoothly. Unwrapped, installed, connected, goes. It should be so. Visually, materials and workmanship Technically ok. The only complaint is the lighting. This is only when the device is in operation. The unit should be placed on its base in a bright place. Would I buy it again. Frank, Hambühren
