This large-capacity jug I had visually and functionally pulled at a reasonable price the big prize. In daily use, initially properly and easy to clean, the unpleasant appearance stood for about 9 months, that was "punished" the refills with a wet table and hot fingers after the first outpouring: When putting down the jug was coffee from the opening in which the lever is attached. I really like them at the beautiful part, I got used to me, always ready to hold kitchen towels. Now, after 11 months, was the moving of the lever "Dichtpümpel" which closes the pot, out of the cover and to be moved by nothing to back reliably recover its position. None of my other jugs is something ever happened. I will now send an email to Amazon and would like to report here, what happens next. Basically, I have here a shapely, large indoor and outdoor small pot that - we recommend - apart from the error. Will I get compensation, so I will be very happy to look forward to the decorative design and make three stars five, because "such things can happen at any time" and I had not have a more beautiful coffee pot!
The problem was solved EXCELLENT: I return mail received notice that the jug withdrawn and the purchase price will be refunded. No ifs and buts. The return is free of charge and the evidence, how to proceed, are short and simple. Easier, faster, more customer-friendly, it is not really.

I'll order a new jug, perhaps as a second chance the same again.
