Shaving head like a epilators

To be So I must say quite honestly that things having not really sold deserves ..
I was first the negative reviews very critical and wanted to find out in the end itself.
Unfortunately, the experience was extremely negative thing I really did not expect.

From a razor, I expect that he cuts his hair and not plucking or tearing out as a epilator does.
If I want to have plucked my beard, but then I buy a epilator not this head: D
Either the quality is bad or it is the intention of the shaving head out tearing his hair.
If the latter more so, then, unfortunately, the shaving head has its meaning and purpose in missed using a razor
