I emmene everywhere during my activities, even when swimming. It is great to see her energetic expenses and a slight coach on physical magnitudes! With remarks if you let go, it looks like she is putting pressure, but it clearly says when efforts have been made! For cons, I do not think heart rates accurately reflect energy expenditure during weight training with weights (strenuous exercise but no change on the cardio).
