I have some time ago a T-shirt of Texlab ordered (size L) which fits perfectly, unfortunately this order was therefore not to be used much larger and for me. I have sent the T-shirt back and at least I left with the shipping costs for delivery and return. I find very unfortunate because I actually pretty cool find the shirts of Texlab, but I have to have bet not want money, if the sizes vary such.
