These sandals are not my first pair of Teva's and it will not be my last pair. The first I bought in 1991, they held 10 years without any problems. The only wear were at the end of the soles, or what remained of them :-) But I have worn them almost day and night, used to biking, hiking was with them and in the water and they have spared no minute. My favorites were the Leather Sandals ... Whether these are also so good to be seen. Overall, the quality seems to have eased somewhat in recent years (which is a purely subjective perception. The shoes are comfortable, seem to be robust, the problem with the fraying I have, but it does not bother me, and does not interfere with the use of shoes. Seen strong buy recommendation!
