Processing / Design:
The battery itself is relatively easy and fairly compact considering the capacity of 5200 mAh. The housing consists of a smooth plastic which is apparently very prone to fingerprints. For the case to scratches seem to be rather insensitive and that is in my opinion much more important. Very positive I find the LED display, which consists of four LEDs and indicates how much remaining capacity is still in the battery.
Power:
Assuming you charge the battery via a power pack and not on the USB port of a PC / laptop it will take about 4.5 hours until the battery is fully charged. With a capacity of 5200 mAh which is a very good value as the closest competitor models in part requires six hours or more. Important to mention I still find that the battery during charging and discharging is not hot or even hot. The problem is, unfortunately, often occurred in the past with other models.
The output power is as I wish with an external battery. The charging of smartphones works in my opinion just as fast as the loading on the power supply. My smartphone has a capacity of 3200 mAh which I can load about 1.5 times on a single charge. The Astro E1 anchor the deviation is felt in less than 500 mAh, which surprised me really positive, as the output power usually deviates greatly from the actual Kapaziät the external battery.
Conclusion:
Overall I would recommend the Astro E1 anchor unrestricted.
It would have been nice if a protective sheath would by lying and would be the aluminum, such as at the Astro Mini anchor, but you finally can not have everything.
If you have questions about the external battery, I answer that, of course, like in the comments.
Also, I'd appreciate criticism of my review.
