All problems have done so - D300 battery pack with 50-500mm and holds bombproof during transport, even at maximum leverage and carrying on the shoulder - what is important to me, when you have to quickly change locations, what often happens in animal photography. The dial is easy to grip and can be adjusted finely, so you can adjust the inclination of the head also very good and smooth. The head is Arca-Swiss compatible. Conclusion: very good tilt head, despite the bit too high for my liking price (that it is "only" a 2-way tilt head is) the purchase in any case worthwhile, especially for photographers with heavy equipment.
