I have not been attentive enough to the size of these scarves when I've ordered. They are really small and very difficult to bear. I wanted to send them back but it seemed very complicated. The supplier quickly offered me a refund 5% of the amount and keep the scarves. Certainly they were very courteous and I have reluctantly accepted because I understood that it would be very difficult to obtain satisfaction. delivery times are already long, return items appeared very painful. I'm not satisfied with this purchase and would not recommend it, unless you like the scarves that can just tie around the neck.
