I use a Fritzbox 7270 and had in the "basement" no reception via WLAN. So I worried this Repeater, plugged into the socket, press the WPS button (hold 6 seconds) until the WLAN LED is blinking. Then went to my Fritz box, the wireless button is also pressed (also approximately 6 seconds). Now she flashed both have automatically tuned to channel encrypted and whoosh, I had full wireless rash in the basement, where I but previously had absolutely no reception (WLAN antenna in the phone is a bit weak).
In other words: For me it does not work better and easier!
Perhaps it is more difficult with other wireless routers (as Fritzubox) or / and with such devices that do not support WPS. I would in any case (as long as I use a Fritz box) buy me such a repeater repeatedly. For 37 also perfectly OK.
