At least if only the use is planned as a radio, the included manual is really not necessary. Because as soon as the radio is plugged in and turned on the power, it is now in DAB mode and scans the available channels. The time and date are also set immediately. Since I rarely stand by mode selected when the unit, this is of course very convenient, especially since the radio remembers which transmitter was last selected.
The DAB reception is very good in any room in which I've tried it, came to an impeccable signal.
For such a small radio, the sound is pretty good. Although of course not like a big investment, but high and low tones are also at higher volumes fit over, it does not sound tinny.
The connection via Bluetooth went smoothly at first.
Although I do not use the radio as an alarm clock, like to mention that this is but quite possible nonetheless. In Weckrufdauer can choose between 15 to 90 minutes. In addition, there is a choice between the most recently used or a specified radio station.
As it was mentioned by others, I would like to express also to the remote control. For me it also works from about six meters removal, but only if it is aimed directly at the front side of the radio, since there is the receiver.
