after my old clock was empty pretty scratched on one side and on the other hand, I was looking for a simple, not great lords clock. After a long search, I found the "Skagen man's wristwatch Slimline steel 351LSSMO" which captivated at first sight by its simple design and color accents.
It must first be noted that this clock is no longer produced and previously only available abroad was. So if you have a basic interest in the clock, not to be too long to think about it.
[What bothered me at the clock before purchase, was the steel bracelet. In my (subjective) opinion, the clock is a black leather strap much better. Therefore, I have informed me before purchasing at a local department store with a lady with "Skagen client advisor sign" if it were to replace the bracelet accordingly possible because. This described wordy and very strongly that the absolutely impossible and such an assumption was unrealistic. That seemed quite strange. After a long search I could sell a corresponding origniales leather strap from the Skagen "goldsmiths Sofia Thiele" that matches the clock. (See attached product image hangenes)]
The clock came well packed in my home and showed no signs of damage or defects, and the battery was not empty. The bracelet read without problems welchseln (it is secured by two screws, which are then simply screwed through the leather strap through -No Federsteg-).
The wearing comfort is very pleasant, as usual from Skagen it I is a very thin clock. That was me personally also important because I have relatively thin wrists and a large, thick clock looks totally überpropotioniert with me. It can also be worn inconspicuously and under his shirtsleeve.
What me is especially responsive to the clock you simply held design on one side and orange accents on the other side, making the clock in spite of its simplicity to a small eyes found and discreet fashion accessory.
Since I am not an expert watch I can not say much for the pace, quality ones and accuracy of Uhrwerkts etc.. I've noticed that the clock is relatively quiet. If they are kept next to the ear, of course you can hear a ticking sound, but on the nightstand next to my bed, the ticking is no longer perceive. The watch glass is a tiny bit (but barely noticeable), oval curved from the clock out. Prior to date no enlargement has admitted what I personally find very good, since this would only disturb the appearance of the clock. Until now, the clock is ticking down to the second, with the time, the one or the other second delay is here but surely creep.
Overall, the clock make a very coherent and convincing impression!
I forgive this 4 stars because I at all do not like the supplied metal strap and it was VERY particularly difficult to arrive at a replacement leather strap (I was at 5 shops in downtown and have 8 Internet dealer phoned until I came to the above-mentioned Goldsmiths).
CONCLUSION: Who is looking for a simple, elegant clock with color accents and possibly some money can spend on an appropriate leather strap, should strike!
