Installation is relatively simple (50 minutes top chrono) and even if there is a simple instruction sheet, it is well designed. You have to have common sense, the trunks are all educated to orient themselves in the assembly (ABCDE ...). No missing piece, nothing damaged, all platforms and huts are well drilled to receive the screws. About delivery, it is made in a week, very seriously carrier, and when following the URL sent by the seller, it falls on the DHL website (carrier) in German. To have it in French, just click the top right of the site page on "French". My cat does not stop climbing up and down like crazy tree! Obviously I recommend it! You will not be disappointed!
