The self-massage with the Black Rolls is really very simple and super effective. For me personally, the roles much more pleasant than the Noppenbälle and there is tremendous how deeply the effect of Massage with Blackroll Orange self massage rollers goes. The price, however, is quite high. Buying I recommend anyway.
