The book consists of a series of projects (coffee table, bookcase, canopy bed ...) after a short introduction of tools (router, sandpaper, lamellar ...). Damage: - No presentation of drilling templates used, yet key elements in the construction and furniture visible in the pictures. - No plan, some exploded views in 3D only. - Not good places to purchase / cutting wood or tools. - Simplistic level assemblies. - Advice like "drill straight" super helpful ... A big project of solid oak "saves" the massacre at the very end.
In short, richly illustrated book certainly but very popularizer, with coverage noble words for a light result and not necessarily useful to pass the act. Prefer him "The Carpenter" David Fedullo incomparably more comprehensive and informative.
