I had thoroughly enjoyed his first book "Loving What Is" already messes you if you apply his method, simple and powerful. The book "The Thousand Faces of Happiness" made me realize that everything is already there, nothing is to look outside of oneself. Take the reality as it is. Every moment already contains EVERYTHING.
Take advantage of opportunities to be oneself, to love, to consider themselves and be self-satisfied. Why compare or compete? I recommend it, it is a little difficult to understand but it is a book that reads, rereads, savored, it is inexhaustible wisdom.
