Not later than 1 hour after unpacking you get the part moving. Find library + example + connection diagram on the Arduino page. And it's even easier: It can easily be fitted without additional cabling (of course GND to GND), then we define the echo-pin to 13 instead of 11 and instead of the 11 as a supply voltage of HIGH. Voila, test run successfully.
