I've been a couple suits and wanted another buy online. On the pair that I had is size M12 on the sole. Order I can only size 45/46 or 46/47 - in the size chart in the UK and US sizes are also mentioned there is British and American M12 M12 - I have ordered size 46/47 - and got shoes with inscription M12 on the sole - I was lucky.
For those who would like to know so it: If you order size 46/47 you get Crocs with size inscription M12.
