Unfortunately, after testing on multiple computers, it is not a driver problem but a hardware problem, as it has no screws, it is impossible to open it to check status of the sensor.
I tell myself it does not matter that it has 4 months and I ordered through Amazon, e I will return as collateral. And there new disillusionment, as I purchased from a dealer that is not Amazon, the return period is complete after one month ..... Nice for an allegedly hardware warranty.
