Any small lamp that is aptly named - handheld - saw its bulk.
Commissioning will function by the red button that we see in the photo, it also serves to select the lighting mode:
Either full power, half power (in my opinion) is flashing; very fast and full power flashes.
An amusing vision mini zoom, beam is square and we see what serves bulb.
