I got the tip from a friend who is familiar with LED lamps. I wanted a lamp that has a low-mode (Read) and a high mode (EDU). This lamp has both and also combines performance with very low weight (9g). The lamp can be easily mounted to a temple and serves me as a sort of "head lamp" when crafting or just when reading. The low luminous flux (1LM) is sufficient to see everything in the immediate vicinity (about 1,5m) disturbing example sleeping persons without. and the bright mode with 48lm illuminated uniformly from an area of about 8-10m. The battery is running at the highest level even slightly longer than the specified 1h. The same applies to the Low mode. The term here is approx 50std. The battery with a capacity of 100mAh is being charged in 75min and the lamp interrupts the charging current then autonomously (small blue LED ceases to shine). Conclusion: For the price you get a well-made, versatile everyday companion, which is perfectly adequate for most applications. I highly recommend this lamp fully, clear Best Buy!
