I also faced the rigidity of the plastic button. I cut the rubber pad cutter (decreased by almost its entire height to be precise) that allowance on the inner face thereof as this prevents switch back after pressure. Here, it works nickel. Otherwise, the finish is perfect and fits perfectly on the base of the remote control that I had (Espace III - 2002). So I'll recommend another alternative for remote control. Michel
