Small, practical, good sound, good battery life

The small bluetooth speaker MO7 uses quite common and proven technology choices (Class D amplifiers, passive radiator off ...) and is characterized by its original design: the right side is rounded, the left side decorated with a loop catching orange rigid plastic, and the facade is decorated with a large logo "mo" in orange plastic. The body is plastic, and the gates protecting the speakers to the front and the back are made of perforated metal.
There are few controls: a mechanical on / off button on the right side, three buttons (REW, Play / Pause, FF) on top; REW / FF buttons control the volume with a long press. On the right side, below the power button, located on the auxiliary input (cable not supplied) and loading microUSB port (cable supplied).

I was interested in two aspects: ease of pairing and reconnection, and the main course: the sound quality.
For the connection, the enclosure appears as "MO7" in the device list, and pairs instantly. The Androidiens regret the lack of NFC. Upon ignition, if the phone or tablet previously connected is available, the MO7 automatically reconnects, a handy feature. A melodious agreement indicates the connection.

For the sound quality, it's fun, airy, balanced, even though it clearly lacks bass (no real surprise here, the speaker fits in your hand). There are better, but it is much, much more expensive (Bose SoundLink mini). In this price range, I think the MO7 offers an excellent compromise, a small sturdy box with excellent battery life, and its extra fun and practical design.
A very young, perfect product for the dorm room, camping, holidays with friends ...
