For exercises like squats or bench press, where the wrists are heavily loaded, I use the bandages. Of course I know that they do not promote Kraftigung joint per se, but for small wrists, which the Gewichtstsbelastungen can no longer withstand despite training they are a good solution.
I myself have very narrow for a woman joints, add them to the Velcro on very closely, so there is still much room for improvement. For people with very broad wrists may however be too tight.
It requires a little skill to apply the bandages and the right amount-not to find too tight or too loose rock but the bow has to get out quickly. They come in a solid plastic cover, but this I do not because I'm usually too lazy to curl the bandages neatly. But even so, you can find in any pocket.
All in all, a useful means to rauszuholen from the training weight technically everything!
