The keyboard is stylish, but getting used to. I would have liked a little more key travel and tactile feedback is desired, although the keyboard does not bounce and no dropouts has.
Mechanically makes the folding mechanism is not the impression that the phone survived a serious fall harmless. Even in a tight pocket I fear for the hinges. In your pocket or (ladies) handbag that is certainly not a problem. The battery sits tight crisp - the former typical Nokia battery-rattling seems to be over.
The external display switches itself off after a short time. This is for the sake of battery life certainly makes sense - who / which calls expected (pictured) Ührzeit or info about incoming SMS, must ever open the lid.
All ports are covered with small plastic caps. This makes the device less sensitive to dust and includes visually the edges, but forces some fumbling, when connecting charging cable (!), Headset and USB.
The camera feature is meant nice, but useless on the documentation of a traffic accident beyond. Since there are mobile phones that lichstärker, are sharper, high-resolution and above all faster. The trigger latency makes snapshots almost impossible.
You can listen to music with this thing also, both Radio (mediocre reception), as well as MP3s make traveling comfortable entertainment, the MP3 player shows the MP3-Tags, navigation through your MP3 collection by artist, title, album etc. - everything is possible.
Additional gimmicks:
- Bluetooth works and is preferable to the extra small USB connector.
- Receiving mail (POP3 and IMAP) / Send (SMTP) from the Internet works (depending on the contract).
- The included stereo headset from Nokia is quite useful.
In summary:
For a reasonable price a fancy cell phone, which allows you to call and SMS read / write.
