I have now used up a bottle of the recreation pool and it was enough for 14 baths. I have the first 3 times four caps used and for the rest then just 3. Recommendation on the bottle is 3-4 caps, but the need to test every itself. The recreation pool has a pleasant and strong pine scent that in my opinion, is pleasantly relaxing. The recreation pool is located in a glass bottle and not as usually in plastic. Any effects on the skin I could not find neither improvement nor deterioration. Personally, I find the product, the possible number of bathrooms per bottle, a bit too expensive and therefore prefer for the price / performance ratio a ZIP code.
