Our router is in the basement and the WLAN works inside the house vertically very good. Horizontal, however, quickly closing. This problem had to be solved with a repeater. Before Fritz repeater I had one of 7Links. A bargain purchase, which I could not resist. It came, as it had to. However, not very long - after a relatively trouble-free connection of 7Links this worked wonderfully. Again and again there were failures and I had to take several times from the outlet and plug it back in the device. Not so with the Fritz Repeater 310. My router (TP-Link TL-WR1043N) had the corresponding WPS button. On the far right and is called router "QSS". The Fritz-button for 6 seconds, and then the WPS button on the router for 2 seconds. Finished! Immediately I have permanent Internet access not only upward but also sideways. Now I can not only use all the online services on television, but also beyond virtually surf the whole garden. Conclusion: I am very satisfied and recommend the repeater.
