I have previously read the reviews and did get what I expected. The lamp is very nice and bright and the white light (you can "cold" call) does not bother me. The lighting of my Ballkontisch with glass plate is so perfect for the warm summer evening. Not too bright, but not too dark. Only the cover of the lamp with solar panel might look a little high. Plastic remains flat plastic! That is why "only" 4 stars. But I can confirm that this lamp is lit well and long, even if they "soak up the sun" with me just to 12.00 clock time has. The cover is only loosely and is not clamped. The pedestal with the holder for the lamp could be a bit more difficult and if you value the fact that the lamp housing is absolutely straight in the holder, then you have ever fumble something. Would have been nice if the lamp had a circumferential "indentation" on the metal ring. But otherwise everything is good!
