My daughter and I got the product a few days ago and tried the same. Cleaning with the gel's great fun. It is very comfortable to hold and smells wonderfully sweet and floral. Not a bit dry! It can work well with it. The mass melts slowly and can be removed again without residue. The dirt particles get stuck! Always there to use only small pieces of it, you have long some of it! Previously we had to dispose of only a bit after my daughter her old
Laptop has cleaned it! There was enough dust in the gaps, so that the mass of dark-colored as announced. Overall, we are very pleased with the product and are happy that we tried it!
