The diffuser is made of soft plastic and has a removable if necessary white cap.
I wanted him to try the same course and only once had to fit this part on the SB-900 problems.
The easiest way is if one removes the white cap and the collar slightly bends by hand from the inside out.
Looking for these start-up problems it came to trying out and from then on I was hooked.
The light is as it should be, even in direct flashes to reach great results.
On top of that the flash is an eye-catcher. The smell of cheap plastic "will disappear after a few days.
The price / performance ratio, I find it very good.
