Philips noted that more and more customers will not say goodbye to this brand if you do not finally bring equipment with sophisticated software on the market? Do you really want only the old Ambilight disciples left behind, who can look forward to a nice thieving backlight and where the basic functions / ON - OFF - HIGH - LOW / fully sufficient on the remote control? For years, paying customers are abused as a beta tester and a recovery is not yet well in sight. How long is this going to last - How long will you still torment us. Give the other manufacturers but at last the opportunity also to market Ambilight - in which operating systems have probably already a happier hands. Perhaps it is in the years to come back the good old tube fashionable - then Philips may return to the market throw :-) --- sorry his whole experience, but I do not like. Pity about the very, very good image quality and to the Ambilight, but the thing has to work. I will therefore return the unit (not purchased from Amazon). Had I ever heard on the experiences of other consumers. A pity ................
