For this size of the sound is very balanced, especially in the midrange and treble. The usual dull hole in the midrange is not there, but the sound is fairly balanced. Connecting is easy via Bluetooth or jack. Charging is also fix (about 1to 1.5 hours). My wife has had the part recently in low volume about 4 hours in operation, it has shown no low battery.
For my purposes, and the price, I am very satisfied.

Update: times a bit "more alternative" use or viewing to reach and sound. Today I was in an empty church (holds about 300 people, so not a small church) with an incredible acoustics. Front before the altar stands a wing with a corresponding sound. I got the part then placed on the wing and the "Hallelujah" by Leonard Cohen alluded (I found somehow fitting). Thanks to the resonance of the wings came out a good, warm sound, which reached even to the last row. This was of course in no way space-filling, but you could every word Cohen sang, understand and rear still good.
