With the Cherry Life Nano (internal title: M-300R) I have found what I was looking to date: a mouse that is knitted simple and solid and with whom I can work quickly and comfortably.

It comes with the mouse, the USB receiver and a battery type AAA, which must be inserted into the mouse to take those in operation as well as instructions and the warranty statement.

Particular emphasis was made in the development of the mouse to keep the mouse absolutely plattformunabhaengig. So it is delivered without driver and requires only a USB port to which it is inserted. This works perfectly under Ubuntu 8.10. However, the mouse should be usable without problems even under any other common operating system.

Besides the now usual three buttons (left, right, center + scroll wheel) mouse has three buttons. The up and down key is operated respectively by the thumb. The buttons are used before, for example in the browser and reading back. A final key labeled "DPI" is located below the scroll wheel and serves to change the resolution of the mouse. The substance may have both Liquiditations 800 DPI and 1600 DPI. If you lived a normal optical mouse with 800 DPI, so get a 1600 DPI before unusual quickly. Therefore, I prefer to work with 800 DPI, but the exchange between the two resolutions available thanks to the centrally located toggle button is fast and comfortable. The fear to press the DPI button by mistake, has proved to be unnecessary. So far it has never happened that I have the key unintentionally.

Class I find the small USB receiver, which almost completely disappears in the notebook. This makes it possible to leave the USB receiver stuck even when transporting the notebook. It eliminates the annoying check-in and unplugging the receiver. This saves time and nerves - just wonderful!

It is important not to say that it is in the mouse is a pure Rechtshaendermaus. Because of their shape, the mouse is not necessarily suitable for left-handers.

All in all, the mouse in my eyes simply perfect to use, well made and also the optics just fits. The fact that when you install absolutely nothing needs to be configured, I like this.
Therefore, the mouse I get the maximum number of points on stars.
