Needless to say, this amplifier is not manufactured in a country with high cost of labor, but it is still relatively solid construction. I tested it in various configurations and operating normally. Note, by the gain of the Box was set to zero and so there was no picture. Thus, the first connection, some may think it is defective. So take a screwdriver and adjust the gain by turning the plastic screw clockwise to clockwise until proper image quality.
