I welcome the first thing to be noted that the shell does not stink to cheaper China-chemistry, but a quite acceptable, rather inconspicuous odor.
The smartphone is inserted into the four corner mounts, where it not bombproof, but sitting right there. About a slightly bent tab which is "trapped" behind the smart phone, the case is closed. The recesses can be found rightly at all relevant points for the G2 (backspace, lens, flash, longer for speakers, headphones input and USB port together and even the SIM card slot). The lid has a recess into which you place the Smartphone cross and so convenient videos or similar may look.
The outer material feels comfortable, inside the case is dressed with a soft fabric to protect your smartphone.
The build quality is impeccable, all seams are stuck.
Conclusion: A fancy casing with everything you need - at the price-performance ratio top!
