Solid but difficult to use

This head is of good quality but it is disappointing in terms of use. In fact, the horizontal position is not fully adjustable and a small gap exists and prevents positioning of the camera perfectly horizontally. On the other hand, the plate of the fastening system on the ball is very special (common on all brand kneecaps!) And if you're not very careful there may be case-sensitive!
