After unpacking I was initially excited. The chairs make a very light, but nevertheless stable and well-made impression. The folding mechanism works precisely, the chairs are fixed and you are sitting tight and very comfortable. The appearance (color, subtle inconspicuous green) convinced fully. As I had nothing better.
On closer inspection, however, I realized that is the reference (nylon, as indicated) front velor-like coated and absolutely watertight at the back. A short water test revealed: It is a veritable puddle on the seat stand. When one shakes the water, the pile is still wet. Dried with a towel, it stays moist. You sit on it, the moisture (;-)) transfers, and due to the airtightness nothing will dry. Use at elevated temperatures or with wet bathing suits, I do not want to imagine.
Almost all camping furniture, as well as our old, but unfortunately now heavily worn folding chairs, have a synthetic net as covering. After the rain twice with the palm of his hand draufgeschlagen - it remains minimal residual moisture. This also dries at immediate use after a short time automatically (breathable). As I said, actually, of course, so I had to "cover material Nylon" and expected nothing else.
If you are traveling with a caravan and the chairs turns off the awning, can live with the defect may, however, for us to camp plays primarily from outside, and there are ever rain or morning dew, or it is warm swimming weather. Since I have no desire to ever between clearing away the chairs into Womo, I must unfortunately return. Three stars there for otherwise absolutely convincing quality. For a comparable chair with meaningful reference I would like to pay double the price for corresponding tips I would honestly grateful.
