The set has a good quality, only the trunk is bad. This is suitable for the office, but I would not use it for frequent transport.
For beginners and advanced the compilation of the weights is optimal. Man has, even if you used parallel high variability in weight choice both weights.
I now have some time training with it and I would still have the capacity to increase the weights.
So recommended for beginners and advanced!
