The Sapphire HD5450 I retrofitted to an office PC with onboard graphics, because for certain applications sometimes a higher graphics performance is required.

The HD5450 meets this requirement well (reviews in Windows 7 performance index 4.6 and 6.1) and is to the passive cooling whisper. The heating keeps even at higher load in limits.

Given the low price 5 star rating are reasonable - I would buy the graphics card at any time again.
