Due to the numerous comments diesbzgl. I ordered the shoes in the larger size and it is very well. The lining is relatively thick and comfortable, although the shoe sits without much "slippage". The strap is thick enough to prevent even with tighter lacing that press the laces. The free ends of shoelaces can be clamped under an elastic band to avoid unpleasant surprise while driving. The only drawback: the elastic band is very lax and is a bit too short, so you have him very tension to the laces to easily stowed. I reckon that the elastics are worn in the foreseeable future.
Too bad a few cents more could have been invested here.
The sole is stiffer than usual Staßenschuhen and allows proper pedaling, along with the cleats you need but in the running comfort accept minor concessions. However, there is no deduction, a certain compromise you have to take up with SPD shoes and running, there are running shoes.
Installation of cleats is problemslos, but the screw lock is used somewhat sparingly in the threads of the cleat; I would give a little on the screw top. On one side of the cleat has eased after the first tour, but I was with the torque also cautious.
The grounding plates with the threads, ie the counterparts of the cleats are not firmly anchored in the sole, but lie in under the outsole. Thanks to the elongated hole in the sole, you can move a little and so adjust your cleats perfect it along the longitudinal axis.
