I bought the adapter, because I occasionally need a microphone hanging up, my microphone but with a 6.3 jack comes along. The build quality is stable and the cables are wrapped in the sensitive areas with spirals, which prevents a cable break ensteht. The price is a bit steep, but it keeps you quality in your hands.
