So - I do not know. This is a book for people who do not mind, for five hours (and more) to want to train at a time. Such "Golf possessed" that stand for hours on the chipping green, practice bunker shots or Bunsen other techniques, I have always been suspect. I do not want to question the educational value of the instructions, but would like to stress that only a certain clientele is addressed. Namely those who want to perfect their game. The normal amateur does not have the time to be able to complete all exercises mentioned, especially if in the individual exercises - as suggested in the text - the "ambition level should be increased." Who wants to work through this booklet, must "keep at it" over a very long period of time continuously. Being an open question whether these efforts will really lead to success.
In my view, more of a work book for golf pros who will find many suggestions on how to deal with their students. Nix for browsing, nothing for weekend golfers.
